Needing a complete review of our Health and Safety requirements, we contacted ETS and from the moment they picked up the phone, I could tell they were the right fit for us.
After an initial onsite meeting with Louise to address any possible concerns, their consultant, Chris visited and gave our business the ‘once over’. From this visit we received a comprehensive report of both Fire and Health and Safety aspects of our business along with the guidance on how to fully comply.
Chris was and still is very understanding to our individual business – (no two businesses are alike!) and has assisted us in fulfilling our H & S needs. His advice is both practical and responsive and it is very re-assuring to have him in the background.
To start, I only wanted a one-off consultancy but due to the highly detailed plan of action, help and assistance and ongoing support decided it prudent to take on the annual package. And boy am I thankful I did.

As a long-standing client of ETS, we immediately turned to Louise for support during these difficult and unprecedented times (COVID 19).
We have frontline customers that continue to require our goods and services and as such it remained a top priority that in order to continue to offer these services, we needed to guarantee and safeguard the welfare of our workforce, customers and the public at large.
With this in mind, we needed guidance from ETS on how we could continue to operate whilst taking into consideration the government’s guidelines of social distancing and hygiene.
Louise offered very practical advice and assisted in drawing up a number of new procedures, policies and risk assessments that took into account the new risks we are all facing with the coronavirus.

Once David (consultant) was involved during and after his visit, Kathy (our Chief Curator) and I were very comfortable with his overview, and though there were many points in his post-visit report that kept us going for weeks, his clarity certainly assisted our review and clear-up.
